Service delivery is through a proactive and harmonized approach, using experience and expertise reflective of a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and always with an eye toward eminence. All services listed below include a written report of findings. Below is a listing of some, but not all, of the inspection and assessment services we provide:

Safety Appraisal – conducted on-site to evaluate the status of current safety programs and processes.

Safety Assessment– ascertain exposures, status of the current safety process, and determine benchmark measurements by evaluating safety activities, reviewing documentation, and comparing to compliance requirements and expected best practices for the type of operation to identify gaps and define safety issues.

Safety Inspections – conducted to identify exposures, both regulatory and injurious, and offer solution ideas to resolve issues observed.

Problem Resolution – on-site evaluation and assessment of the situation to identify and define the problem, conduct research needed to identify and support resolution, and develop solution options.

Safety Strategy – implementation strategy; identify and prioritize based upon injury potential.

Safety Process Development – develop the safety process by outlining activities to be completed including, but not limited to, safety program development and implementation, training of affected personnel, and focus on managerial implementation and measurement.

Metrics / Measurements – identify effective safety measures that satisfy organizational goals, relate to business goals and desired outcomes.

Safety Integration – behavioral and managerial based safety measures that reflect activities that correlate with business outcomes, align safety activities with business activities, and match contribution to the business function.
Industrial Hygiene, including but not limited to: Noise Survey – measurement of noise exposure; identify sources and offer options to reduce levels. Air Monitoring Survey – measurement of containment levels; identify sources and offer options to reduce containment levels.

Ergonomics – office and industrial evaluations, committees, programs; identify sources of exposure and options for elimination.

Business Continuity Plan – pre-event preparation, event response, and post-event management recovery  assessment, including identification of business interruption exposures and resolution methodologies.

On-Site Safety Manager / Support – monitor performance and act as a safety and health manager to address  safety concerns before and as they arise; keep the company abreast of safety issues impacting operations.

Self-Insurance Assessment – conducted on-site for those organizations that wish to become self-insured; includes on-site evaluation of safety program performance, physical review of the operations, identification of issues that could lead to injury for correction, and certified safety professional stamp of approval, as required.

Certification Assessment / Development – for NGO (non-governmental organization) voluntary requirements commonly associated with corporate social responsibility (i.e., ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) in the marketplace and supply chain. Includes on-site assessment, comparison of current safety process with NGO requirement, physical review of the workplace, and determination where the organization stands and what needs to be done to achieve certification.

Sustainability / Social Compliance Assessments – conducted on-site to prepare for successful achievement of sustainability and social compliance audits required in transparency and of the supply chain within the marketplace.
